Be happy

Life is ultimately what you make it to be! It is inevitable that all of us will go through trials and tribulations; no one man (or woman) will ever lead a perfect life in this this lifetime. However, through it all you have choices. You can chose to rise above circumstances or allow yourself to be defeated (mentally, spiritually and/or physically). Be happy is not merely a feeling; it's a choice. Have you ever noticed when you change your persecptive, and reroute your energy to relying on God and remaining optimistic you seem to be happier? And the more you believe and have faith that you can over come all obstacles, the happier you are? 

Today I challenge you to be happy! Think happy, breath happy, love happy, LIVE HAPPY! 

Happiness is a way of life not just a feeling. Be happy, be you!
