Bend don't Break
In life we are faced with adversity. Rightfully so; no one said life was suppose to be easy. Life smacks you down, time and time again. You know what makes YOU special? YOU always get back up!!! No matter how many times you fall, or you get pushed, or you take a step off the path. You always get back up and try again. As a woman of God, you are BLESSED with a strength you probably didn't know you had. That little voice in your head telling you to get up, instead of laying miserably in your bed. When every thing seems to be going wrong, when your vision is blurred and you can't even see what's in sight! Every thing is going left, but you still manage to go right?!!! This is your ability to bend but not break. God said He will never put more on you than you can bare. Trust and believe the bend that you feel in your back, as you lean back praying you feel the ground with your hands soon, as your feet hold your base.. Willlll not break you! It will only build the strength of your legs so when you get up YOU can stand strong!

Something to think about
Stop trying to make the men who
God hasn't told you is for you, for you. We as women want so bad for the man that WE WANT, to be the right one. Often times we try and change him, and stick with him through all his foolishness in hopes that one day he will love us the way we love him. When that 9 times out of 10 is not the case. You may be blocking your own blessing holding on to a man that hasn't much to offer you. He may be what you feel you want, but maybe not what God feels you NEED! My mother once told me, "The devil may know your desires, but only God knows what you REQUIRE". So if you're this woman, stop trying to force God's hand and be patient. He doesn't need your help, trust and believe; He's got you.

Pray
Sometimes we fail to realize it's HIS plan we have to follow. At times, however; we sometimes feel we know best, or we have to fix what's going on in our lives because we can't take it anymore. I'm not ashamed to admit that I've been there. The key is coming out of it and realizing the battle is not yours, it's The Lord's. So today, don't just read the prayer; take it in and allow God to work on you today.

Merry Christmas ❤️
Merry Christmas!!!
(Morning message from my mother on Christmas)
Some take the Christ out of Christmas by saying Merry Xmas. Wondering..... X=no, not. When you put an X over something doesn't it mean to cancel out , danger, or remove? I'd rather say Merry Christmas. Merry= Excited, Mas= more, Christ= Christ. I'd rather say, " I am Excited about more Christ." :D Be blessed today.(Today is the day that the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it.)

Testimony Tuesday
Good Morning ladies! Today is testimony Tuesday on the blog!!! I will share with you a testimony. Feel free to post opinions, stories, or ask questions. It's all welcomed here! I only ask that you keep it judgement free. Here is my testimony:
When I was 19 I made the decision that I had to move out of my father's house. I wasn't going to be able to prosper and keep healthy relationships with my family if I did not. I prayed and prayed on what to do, because at this point I was paying for school on my own ( with the help of some grants and a scholarship ) and taking care of everything else on my own. I thought to myself, "This won't be financially possible for me with these kinda of bills". So the week school started I got on my knees and ask God, "If this is what You are telling me to do, give me the strength just to do it. Without thought or question". The next morning I called the apartment I was looking at previously and confirmed that I wanted to move in. Mind you, I only had 99 dollars that I could spend that wasn't for school and conveniently, that's how much the deposit was. After I moved in with the help of my FABULOUS friends, I went to sleep that night in MY new apartment. The next morning I checked my bank account and there was way more money than the amount I expected to see. Not to mention, around the end of November when money started to seem like it was running out, I got a new part-time job that made twice as much as my last job; working the same hours. My testimony is about TRUSTING GOD! I'm sure you all know the saying "If God can lead you to it, he will get you through it!" So those times where you are trying to listen to God but something else is telling you that you can't, or you won't, or you'll never, don't listen!! Sometimes you just have to have faith! ❤️

What is being strong?
According to webster's dictionary the word strong means to be able to withstand great force or pressure. Most interprid this to mean the physical aspect of being strong; the great force being a weight. However, in my mind I see the great force or pressure being life situations. A weight that can sometimes seem greater than any amount of physical weight. What are your views? What makes one strong?
Love
Life is so much better when you're in love... But wait, let me make myself clear before women start feeling like you need a man or men start feeling like its imperative to have a woman. Being in love is not solely limited to giving your love to another human!! First and foremost you must bestow your love on God and the next part may blow your mind... Secondly you MUST FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF!!! When I say life is much better when you're in love I don't mean go find the nearest person and give them all you've got, but I mean look in the mirror and give HIM/HER all you've got until God reveals to you the woman/man you are suppose to become one with. And even still you will love that person not more than, and not less than, BUT THE SAME AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF!!! And I ask.... How can you give that love if you haven't established it with God and yourself! So, I repeat.... Life is so much better when you're in love!! Love you today! Be great today!!!
