Lean meats are AWESOME
Get omega 3's in your eating regiment
The more fruits & veggies THE BETTER
Almond milk is 10x better than dairy milk
A strong woman needs a strong body! Be mindful of all the sugary foods you take in. The saying you "are what you eat" is ABSOLUTEY TRUE! If you want a stronger better version of you, you have to eat like it!
